The assay is a deterministic heuristic engine, not a language model. Substance accrues from verifiable anchors: quantified figures, monetary specificity, named institutions, study or trial evidence, statutory references, and completed-action verbs. Inflation accrues from the rhetorical buzzword and euphemism registries of our epistemic auditor, plus a penalty for promises with no numbers attached. The verdict is the arithmetic of the two — which means it can be argued with, checked, and reproduced. That is the point.
